Capacity Evaluation Method of Ship Terminal Area Based on Network Maximum Flow

With the development of modern military ship equipment, airspace operation environment shipboard aircraft is becoming increasingly complex. The objective and accurate evaluation ship-terminal capacity basis air traffic flow management for aircraft, it also premise improving efficiency resources. First all, this paper divides terminal areas realizes route network planning arrival departure aircraft. Following this, according to characteristics area process an arrival-and-departure model established by using capacity-limitation flow-conservation conditions. Finally, simulated annealing (SA) used solve maximum in model, results are obtained. show that when number gates ng ≥ 7, bottleneck area’s deck runway.
